How to Return & Exchange

Step 1:
Contact us to submit your return & exchange request by complete the form. If it's a product quality issue, please attach detailed photos.

Step 2:
Please patiently wait for website review. The review result will be notified via email.

Step 3:
Once the application is approved, our staff will send you a USPS shipping label by email.

Step 4:
Please send the exchanged/returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.

Step 5:
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important note:
1. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. You will only receive a full refund in the case of product issues or our shipping errors.
2. Eligible Items for Exchange: Only exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product are allowed.

 

Unauthorized Returns

If we receive any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your unauthorized return be returned to you.

Change and Cancellation
